Leroy had a vision: every cat, every dog, and even their human servants would dine off of fine dinnerware celebrating divine Catness and Dogness. Leroy has passed on, but Willy carries forth the dream. Michelle Cook is the human lackey/artist behind Leroy & Willy Dinnerware. She single-handedly designs and produces all of the slip-cast, hand painted pieces in the Leroy & Willy collection. Thus she requests at least 5 to 7 weeks for delivery. Stoneware pottery is fairly durable. However, for the sake of longevity, it is better to treat your Leroy & Willy ware as the handmade, collectible work of art that it is. Therefore, dishwasher and microwave use is not recommended. All pieces are lead-free and food safe. Since not all computer monitors are calibrated to the same standard, the colors on the sample pieces and color chart may vary somewhat from computer to computer. Each piece is individually hand painted, so there may be very minor differences in your finished order relative to the designs shown on this site. But what you see is pretty much what you get! |
